2 Account Registration & Management

To access betting and gaming services on vt99, you must create a valid account. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Registering with false or incomplete information may result in account termination at any time.

• Each person may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

• Anyone on the self-exclusion list is not permitted to open a new account.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Vt99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Accounts are typically closed under the following circumstances:

• Evidence of fraud, deception, or suspicious activity.
• Failure to cooperate with the account verification process.
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.

Upon account closure, any valid balance will be refunded; however, bonuses or funds from suspicious transactions may be forfeited. You may also request to close your account at any time by contacting support.

10 Dispute Resolution

For any disputes or complaints, please contact our support team first. We always aim to resolve issues through open communication. Our support team will respond to your complaint within 72 hours.
